In this role, you'll:

As a Functional Consultant (1-2 years), you will work alongside senior consultants to support project delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions. You'll engage in requirement gathering, configuration, testing, training and support tasks. This is an excellent opportunity to build your consulting skills, deepen your ERP domain knowledge and grow within our delivery team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in workshops / meetings to understand client business processes, pain-points & goals
  • Support gathering of business requirements and document them
  • Configure core Business Central modules (e.g., Finance, Sales & Purchasing, Inventory) under guidance
  • Assist with data migration activities: mapping legacy data, preparing import templates, executing imports
  • Participate in functional testing & User Acceptance Testing (UAT) cycles
  • Prepare training materials and help deliver end-user training sessions
  • Provide post-go-live support for clients, addressing functional queries
  • Collaborate with technical/development teams to ensure the solution meets business requirements
  • Stay updated with Microsoft Business Central features, assist in recommending best practices or add-ons

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Finance, Information Systems or related discipline
  • 1-2 years of hands-on experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or NAV (or strong interest in ERP systems)
  • Good analytical skills: ability to understand business needs and map to system processes
  • Basic experience in configuring ERP modules or strong willingness to learn
  • Good verbal & written communication skills; comfortable interacting with internal teams and stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a team and also take ownership of tasks
  • Willingness to travel / client onsite visits if required

Desirable (but not mandatory):

  • Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Consultant Associate (or in process)
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate)
  • Exposure to data migration tools, integrations, or third-party add-ons for Business Central
  • Prior experience (even as internship) with ERP implementations
