Job description:

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

  1. Team Handling & Leadership

  2. Supervise and guide the internal team, ensuring smooth workflow and task allocation.

  3. Monitor team performance and provide support, training, and feedback when required.

  4. Foster a positive work environment and encourage collaboration to achieve project goals.

  5. Vendor Coordination

  6. Coordinate with all vendors, contractors, and service providers involved in the project.

  7. Ensure timely procurement of materials and services.
  8. Negotiate rates, timelines, and deliverables with vendors to ensure cost-effectiveness.

  9. Maintain a vendor database and ensure all vendors are compliant with company standards.

  10. Site Management

  11. Oversee day-to-day operations at the project site.

  12. Monitor construction progress, quality of work, and adherence to safety protocols.
  13. Coordinate with site engineers, supervisors, and workers to ensure timely project execution.

  14. Identify and resolve site-related issues promptly.

  15. Coordination & Communication

  16. Act as a bridge between clients, internal teams, and external vendors for seamless coordination.

  17. Ensure accurate documentation, reporting, and communication across all departments.

  18. Prepare and share daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports with management.

  19. Real Estate Sector Expertise

  20. Utilize strong knowledge of real estate operations, processes, and compliance.

  21. Ensure all project activities align with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

  22. Contribute to strategic planning, budgeting, and project scheduling.

  23. Operational Efficiency

  24. Ensure optimum utilization of resources, manpower, and materials.

  25. Identify gaps in workflow and implement improvements to enhance productivity.
  26. Monitor budgets, timelines, and quality benchmarks.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30, ₹100,000.00 per month
