Role Overview:We're seeking a passionate and result-driven Institutional Sales Manager to drive strategic partnerships with corporates, insurance firms, hospitals, and wellness service providers. This is a high-impact role for someone who can open doors, pitch confidently, and convert opportunities into long-term relationships.

Key Responsibilities:Identify, approach, and onboard institutional clients including: Corporates (for employee wellness programs), Insurance firms (for value-added services), Hospitals & healthcare platforms (for integrative partnerships)Develop and present compelling proposals that align UWAY's services with client needs

Own the complete B2B sales cycle – from lead generation to contract closure

Work closely with the leadership, marketing, and clinical teams to customize offerings

Track performance, forecast growth, and achieve quarterly sales targets

Requirements:Minimum 5 years of experience in institutional / B2B sales in healthcare, wellness, insurance, or pharma

Strong network across corporate HRs, insurance partners, and healthcare institutions is a plus

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

Ability to work independently in a startup environment

Passion for holistic health, Ayurveda, or wellness is a strong advantage
