Job Opportunity:

MedInno seeks an experienced Senior Manager to lead our institutional sales efforts.

Responsibilities:

  • Secure large-scale screening projects and government tenders.
  • Develop strategic partnerships with hospitals, labs, and public health programs.
  • Manage complex sales cycles and build strong relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Deliver revenue growth while ensuring operational efficiency.
  • Represent MedInno at industry forums and conferences.

Requirements:

  • Graduate or Postgraduate degree in a Life Science or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 12-15 years of sales experience in IVD/Molecular Diagnostics, with proven institutional sales success.
  • Experience in mass screening programs, public health projects, and tender processes.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, presentation, and strategic selling skills.
