Job Opportunity:
MedInno seeks an experienced Senior Manager to lead our institutional sales efforts.
Responsibilities:
- Secure large-scale screening projects and government tenders.
- Develop strategic partnerships with hospitals, labs, and public health programs.
- Manage complex sales cycles and build strong relationships with key decision-makers.
- Deliver revenue growth while ensuring operational efficiency.
- Represent MedInno at industry forums and conferences.
Requirements:
- Graduate or Postgraduate degree in a Life Science or related field (MBA preferred).
- 12-15 years of sales experience in IVD/Molecular Diagnostics, with proven institutional sales success.
- Experience in mass screening programs, public health projects, and tender processes.
- Excellent stakeholder management, presentation, and strategic selling skills.
