Job Title: Senior Manager
Role Overview:
You will lead business development efforts to secure large-scale screening projects, government tenders, and strategic partnerships with hospitals, labs, and public health programs.
The role requires proven success in managing complex sales cycles, building strong relationships with key decision-makers, and delivering revenue growth while ensuring compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, engage, and win large institutional contracts for diagnostic services.
- Develop strategic partnerships with healthcare organizations, NGOs, and public health bodies.
- Lead tender bidding processes from pre-qualification to final negotiation.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of opportunities aligned with growth targets.
- Represent the company at industry forums, conferences, and government events.
Requirements:
- Graduate / Postgraduate degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Microbiology, or Biochemistry (MBA preferred).
- 12 - 15 years of sales experience in IVD / Molecular Diagnostics, with proven institutional sales success.
- Experience in mass screening programs, public health projects, and tender processes.
- Excellent stakeholder management, presentation, and strategic selling skills.
