• Manage and maintain Windows servers 2019, 2022 and 2025 over On-Prem and Cloud.
• Plan, install, and configure large deployments of Windows Server, VMware Vsphere 7.0, EC2 Instances
• Monitor and Resolve Windows server issues; provide timely response to customer escalations.
• Monitor and test system performance and provide performance statistics and reports.
• Execute modifications to server environment to improve efficiency, reliability, and performance.
• Deployment of MS security hotfixes and Windows patches
• Adherence to the patch management procedure for applying patches on the server 
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex problems
• Provisioning of new servers as and when required
• Handling IIS/DNS related issues
• Should have knowledge about VDI environment.
• Capacity management (Out of disk/Memory/CPU related issues)
• Proficiency in Change Management
• Should be comfortable for 24*7 shift

• Windows server administration skills across all operating system versions; in particular Server 2019, 2022 & 2025
• Significant experience with Web servers,  Windows networking, WSUS administration and knowledge of web technologies 
• Advance knowledge of Clustering ,failover and NLB.
• Technical understanding of AD tools and resource kit tools, Software, service pack installation. Server patching.
• Advance knowledge on Virtualization (Hyper-V)/replication, Hyper-V clustering, VMware 7.0 & 8.0, Vcenter, DRS, HA.
• Knowledge of VM build, Template and storage Vmotion.
• Troubleshooting of MS RDS issue and VDI issues.
• Knowledge on Setup and Configuration of Cohesity Backup tools & troubleshooting.
• Define Policy, Backup pool, Backup restoration and Retention policy. Advance Technical understanding of all type of backup and expertise in troubleshooting. 
• Work as L2 resource in Azure Cloud infrastructure and system administration team providing technical support and resolving issues.
• Provision Infrastructure as a service cloud computing for platforms such as AWS and Azure.
• Implement and maintain Azure Active Directory (AAD), role-based access control (RBAC), and identity/security policies.
• Responsible for Windows Virtual Machines deployment, Maintenance, Monitoring & Patching.
• Configure and manage Azure Backup, Site Recovery, and Disaster Recovery (DR) solutions.
• Manage and administer Azure resources including Virtual Machines, Storage, Networking, and Resource Groups.
• Monitor and optimize Azure cost, performance, and availability.
• Deploy and maintain Azure Virtual Networks, VPN Gateways, ExpressRoute, and Network Security Groups (NSGs).
• Collaborate with application, infrastructure, and security teams for smooth cloud operations.
• Generate regular reports on resource utilization, cost optimization, and security posture.
• Azure Certification is a must.

• Basic knowledge of Tanium and Azure
• Should have knowledge of monitoring system like SL1, Solarwind.
• Knowledge of storage architecture and connectivity options such as ISCSI, FC.
• Should have knowledge over ticketing tool like SNOW and JIRA
• Working knowledge of ITIL processes like Incident / Change / Problem Management
• Must have good written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong conceptual and analytical skills
• Ability of adapt any new technical environment with minimal knowledge transfer efforts.

• Engineering or equivalent Graduate Degree
• Azure Certification
