Job Title: Admin Executive
Location: Gurgaon
Job Summary:
The Admin Executive will be responsible for handling day-to-day administrative operations, maintaining office systems, supporting management and employees, and ensuring the smooth functioning of the office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage office operations, supplies, and inventory.
- Coordinate maintenance of office equipment and facilities.
- Handle vendor management sourcing, quotations, and payments.
- Maintain attendance, visitor, and courier records.
- Oversee housekeeping and ensure office cleanliness and hygiene.
- Support HR and Finance teams with documentation and coordination as required.
- Arrange travel, accommodation, and meeting logistics.
- Prepare and manage reports, purchase orders, and administrative budgets.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and administrative procedures.
- Assist in organizing company events, training, and meetings.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred: Business Administration / Management).
- 3–6 years of experience in office administration or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
