About the Role:

We are looking for a
dynamic Talent Acquisition Executive
to manage end-to-end hiring across all departments. This role is mainly to support are future leaders program to source and groom fresh talent, i

You will also play a key role in identifying
high-potential talent
and helping us groom them into future leaders within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify campuses, institutes, and colleges
    to source dynamic talent, engage with them, and build relationships

  • Find candidates through online platforms
    , forums, groups, communities, social media, and other talent pools..

  • Use LinkedIn organically
    to build networks, maintain a talent pipeline, and attract high-potential candidates.

  • Explore out-of-the-box hiring methods
    such as networking, headhunting, referrals, and creative sourcing strategies.

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment
    (sourcing, screening, interviews, coordination, and onboarding)

  • Closely work on the trainign development to induct this talent and groom them on a career path

  • Creative thinker with a proactive approach to sourcing talent.

  • Familiarity with modern recruitment strategies.
