Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced and self-motivated Business Development Executive (BDE) with strong expertise in bidding portals (Upwork, Freelancer, etc.), lead generation, and client communication. This is a full-time on-site role in Gurugram.
Key Responsibilities
Generate and qualify new business opportunities via bidding platforms.
Prepare competitive proposals, presentations, and responses to RFPs/RFQs.
Manage the entire business development cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Collaborate with the technical team to provide tailored solutions.
Track, analyze, and report BD activities and achievements.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of proven experience as a BDE in the IT services industry.
Strong track record on bidding portals (Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, etc.).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Understanding of web technologies: Drupal, Moodle, Laravel, Shopify, PHP, Python, Full Stack, etc.
Experience with LinkedIn prospecting & cold emailing (preferred).
Goal-oriented, proactive, and independent.
