Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Tauru. The Human Resources Manager will oversee and implement HR operations, including hiring, employee relations, performance management, and training programs. Responsibilities include ensuring smooth onboarding processes, developing HR policies, managing compliance with labor laws, resolving workplace conflicts, and fostering a positive organizational culture. Additionally, the role involves working closely with leadership to align HR initiatives with business goals, monitoring employee satisfaction, and optimizing workforce efficiency.

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications are an advantage
