Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an HR Business Partner at Delhivery's Tauru location. The HR Business Partner will be responsible for implementing HR policies, managing employee relations, ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws, and overseeing performance management. Day-to-day tasks include providing guidance and support to employees, managing HR projects, and collaborating with department heads to implement best HR practices.
Qualifications
- HR Policies and Human Resources (HR) knowledge
- Employee Relations and Labor and Employment Law expertise
- Performance Management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
