The Human Resources Lead will be responsible for managing HR functions, developing and implementing HR policies, overseeing employee benefits, and managing personnel. The role is located in Gurugram, with some work from home acceptable.What You'll DoOwn and execute end-to-end recruitment for tech and non-tech roles (engineering, AI, product, GTM, operations).Build and scale hiring funnels , candidate pipelines, and outreach campaigns across LinkedIn and other channels.Partner with leadership to define and roll out HR policies , compensation structures, and people ops processes.Lead employee onboarding, engagement, and retention initiatives to strengthen company culture.Manage HR compliance, contracts, documentation, and basic payroll coordination.Build a strong employer brand in line with Echos' strategic positioning in the deep-tech ecosystem.Coordinate training, performance review cycles, and operational cadence with functional heads.QualificationsExperience in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management (5-10 Years)Proficiency in developing and implementing HR PoliciesKnowledge of Employee Benefits and Personnel ManagementStrong interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to work independently and in a hybrid environmentBachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related fieldCompensation and PerksCompetitive base salary (based on experience)Performance-linked incentivesGlobal exposure through U.S. and India operationsHigh autonomy and direct work with foundersOpportunity to shape the people engine of a fast-growing deep-tech ventureWhy EchosThis is a rare opportunity to join an early-stage, high-velocity company whereyou won't just run processes — you'll build them.If you want to work at the intersection of people, technology, and impact, Echos is the place to do it.
