Administration: Maintain and update candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS). Events: Participate in career fairs, campus recruitment events, and other recruitment activities. Employer Branding: Support initiatives to build the company's employer brand and reputation. Reporting: Assist in preparing recruitment reports and metrics. Onboarding: Provide support for the onboarding process for new hires. Qualifications Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field. Strong interest in talent acquisition and human resources. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and professional networking sites like LinkedIn is a plus.
