Job Title: Telesales ExecutiveJob Summary

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to contact potential customers by phone, promote products or services, and close sales. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a persuasive approach, and a customer-focused mindset.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers
  • Present, promote, and sell products/services over the phone
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
  • Achieve or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales in CRM systems
  • Handle customer objections professionally and close sales effectively
  • Follow up on leads and maintain long-term customer relationships
  • Provide feedback on customer trends, objections, and competitor activity
  • Adhere to company policies, scripts, and compliance requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or call center sales (preferred)
  • Excellent verbal communication and listening skills
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
  • Goal-oriented with a positive and resilient attitude
  • Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Educational Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree is a plus)
