Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Real Estate Sales person to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for closing sales, and providing excellent service to clients looking to buy, sell, or lease properties. You must be passionate about real estate, customer-oriented, and capable of achieving high sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate leads through various channels such as networking, cold calling, referrals, and online platforms.
  • Engage with prospective clients to understand their property needs, preferences, and financial capabilities.
  • Present and promote real estate projects effectively, highlighting key features, benefits, and investment value.
  • Conduct property site visits with clients and ensure a smooth, professional experience.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring all necessary documentation and payment processes are completed.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to generate repeat and referral business.
  • Stay updated with current market trends, competitor activities, and property values.
  • Collaborate with marketing and tele-sales teams to optimize lead conversion and customer engagement.
  • Maintain and update client data, inquiries, and sales activities in CRM software.
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets set by management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • 25 years of experience in direct sales, preferably in the real estate industry (residential/commercial/luxury).
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer relationship management abilities.
  • Proficient in CRM tools, MS Office, and digital communication platforms.
  • Goal-oriented, energetic, and self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet sales deadlines.
  • Must possess a valid drivers license and be open to travel for client meetings and site visits.
