Role Overview

  • We are looking for a highly driven Strategic Partnerships Manager who can approach large organizations,
  • connect directly with senior leadership (CXOs, Directors, VPs), and bring them to the table for strategic
  • partnership discussions. This role involves aggressive hunting, corporate networking, business negotiation,
  • and developing long-term high-value relationships with enterprise clients. You will be responsible for
  • identifying major opportunities, visiting clients, pitching partnership models, and closing large-scale strategic deals.

Role and Responsibilities:

  1. Enterprise Hunting & Target Identification

  2. Identify and list high-value enterprise companies suitable for strategic partnerships.

  3. Research company structure, leadership, business needs, and decision-makers.
  4. Build and execute account penetration strategies to secure meetings.
  5. Actively pursue leads through outreach, networking, events, LinkedIn, and referrals.

  6. Leadership-Level Engagement

  7. Reach out to CXOs, VPs, Directors, and key influencers in large organizations.

  8. Schedule and conduct high-impact meetings (in-person or virtual).
  9. Present partnership opportunities and demonstrate strong business understanding.
  10. Build executive-level relationships based on trust, expertise, and long-term value.

  11. Strategic Partnerships & Deal Negotiations

  12. Understand the client's strategic goals and propose collaboration models.

  13. Draft partnership frameworks, commercial terms, and business benefits.
  14. Lead negotiations and close high-value deals.
  15. Work with internal legal and finance teams to finalize agreements and MoUs.

  16. Cross-Functional Collaboration

  17. Coordinate with product, operations, and leadership to create partnership proposals.

  18. Suggest product or service improvements based on enterprise needs.
  19. Work closely with marketing for enterprise-focused campaigns.

  20. Account Management & Growth

  21. Maintain long-term relationships with enterprise partners.

  22. Work on upsell/cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
  23. Manage escalations and ensure partner satisfaction.
  24. Build multi-layer connections inside the organization to protect and grow revenue.

  25. Reporting & Strategy

  26. Maintain a structured enterprise sales pipeline.

  27. Report weekly progress on meetings, proposals, negotiations, and closures.
  28. Track KPIs such as deal value, pipeline size, decision-maker meetings, etc.
  29. Provide market intelligence and partnership strategy insights to leadership

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Qualifications:

  • 4–12 years of experience in enterprise sales, corporate partnerships, or B2B strategic alliances.
  • Proven track record of closing large deals and building enterprise relationships.
  • Experience working with CEOs, founders, and corporate leadership teams.
  • Candidates from tech, healthcare, SaaS, B2B services, or institutional partnership roles preferred.
  • Skills required:
  • Strong executive communication and negotiation skills.
  • Confidence to engage with CXO-level clients.
  • Proven ability to hunt and acquire large accounts.
  • Deep understanding of partnership models and business strategy.
  • Excellent networking skills — both online and in-person.
  • Ability to manage long sales cycles and high-value negotiations.
  • Comfortable with travel for client meetings and corporate visits.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹600, ₹800,000.00 per year
