Key Responsibilities (KRA):
Lead Generation & Qualification
Identify potential leads through online research, inbound queries, and cold calling.
- Maintain and update CRM with detailed notes and lead status.
2.Telecalling & Customer Engagement
- Make outbound calls to prospects and existing leads
- Understand client needs and pitch appropriate solutions.
3.Demo Scheduling & Coordination
- Schedule product demonstrations with qualified leads.
- Coordinate with technical teams or product experts for effective demo delivery.
4.Sales Closure & Follow-up
- Follow up post-demo to address queries and drive deal closure.
- Share quotations, proposals, and negotiate pricing where required.
5.CRM & Reporting
- Keep CRM updated with pipeline status and notes.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports on sales progress.
6.Cross-Team Collaboration
- Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align sales effort
