Location: Coimbatore (Work from Office)
Reports To: Sales Lead
Objective:
To manage all inbound and outbound communication with prospective customers and leads, qualify them, follow up via WhatsApp and calls, and convert them into paying customers. This is a high-energy hybrid role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming leads from Meta ads, WhatsApp, Instagram, TradeIndia, ExportersIndia, etc.
- Qualify leads using pre-set filters (interest level, budget, intent)
- Use CRM and WhatsApp tools to nurture prospects
- Follow a structured sales script and objection-handling protocol
- Convert qualified leads into purchases of hero SKU or bundles
- Track and report CAC, lead status, reasons for drop-offs
- Engage with potential distributors and escalate only warm ones to the Sales Lead
- Record all customer interactions accurately in CRM
Must-Have Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in BPO or outbound telesales (preferably night shifts for US/UK campaigns)
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
- Familiarity with WhatsApp, CRM tools, and email tools
- Fluent in Tamil and functional English
