Inside Sales Executive – B2B

Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Experience Required: 1–3 years
About the Role
We are looking for a motivated Inside Sales Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with potential clients, qualifying leads, and booking meetings for our sales team. All leads will be provided — your focus will be on building strong first impressions and ensuring high-quality prospects move forward in the sales process.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact and engage with potential clients from the provided lead list
- Qualify leads based on set criteria and business needs
- Schedule meetings and demos for the sales team
- Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, and outcomes in the CRM
- Collaborate with the sales team to optimize outreach and conversion strategies
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in B2B inside sales or a similar role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills (both verbal and written)
- Ability to quickly build rapport with prospects over the phone and email
- Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to meet and exceed targets
- Experience working with CRM tools is a plus
