
Sales Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team in the drilling equipment manufacturing industry. The primary objective of this role is to drive sales growth by identifying and converting leads into customers, building strong client relationships, and promoting our range of high-quality drilling equipment and solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the drilling industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with technical and sales teams to meet customer needs and achieve revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:Lead Generation and Prospecting: Identify potential customers through research, cold calling, email campaigns, and networking to generate new business opportunities. Customer Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their drilling equipment needs and providing tailored solutions. Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets by effectively promoting drilling equipment, tools, and related services.
Product Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of the company's drilling equipment portfolio, including technical specifications, applications, and benefits. Collaboration: Work closely with the technical, engineering, and operations teams to ensure accurate product recommendations and seamless order fulfillment. Quoting and Negotiation: Prepare and deliver accurate quotes, negotiate terms, and close sales while maintaining profitability.
Market Awareness: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge. Reporting: Maintain detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline progress using CRM tools, and provide regular reports to the sales manager. QualificationsBachelor's degree in Engineering, Marketing, MBA or a related field.
Proven experience in inside sales, preferably in the drilling, oil & gas, or heavy equipment manufacturing industry. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
Strong knowledge of drilling equipment, tools, and their applications. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in CRM Microsoft Office Suite.
Key Skills:Ability to explain complex technical details in a clear and concise manner. Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach. Technical knowledge of drilling equipment and machinery.
