Role Overview:

We're looking for a Sales Executive who will be the face of our eco-friendly mission in the market. You'll explore new business opportunities, meet potential customers in person, and build strong relationships to grow our sales while spreading the message of sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and source potential leads in the market.

Meet prospects in person to explain product benefits and close deals.

Build lasting relationships with retailers, corporates, and institutions.

Meet monthly sales targets.

Drive awareness on eco-friendly options.

Required Skills & Traits:

Nature and sustainability passion.

Global warming awareness and concern.

Good negotiation and persuasion skills.

Effective communication and presentation skills.

Self-driven with a growth mindset.

Experience in field sales, but fresher candidates with a good attitude are also welcome.

Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month (Performance-based incentives available)

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive located in Coimbatore. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, achieving sales targets, and providing excellent customer service. The role also involves preparing sales reports, conducting market research, and staying updated on market trends. The Sales Executive will work closely with the marketing and product teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven experience in sales and a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Ability to conduct market research and analyze market trends
  • Customer service-oriented with the ability to build lasting relationships
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Relevant qualification in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • Experience in the packaging industry is an advantage
