Job Summary:

Responsible for end-to-end site management, contract administration, vendor control, and compliance for projects up to ₹60 lakhs. The role ensures smooth execution of building operations, construction/interior projects, vendor performance, and adherence to safety, legal, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:1. Contract Administration

  • Oversee the tendering process, negotiations, and closure of contracts for projects valued up to ₹40–60 lakhs.
  • Prepare and maintain MIS reports on contract value, cost savings, and claims.
  • Ensure all contracts comply with the Indian Contract Act, National Building Code, and client EHS standards.

2. Vendor Management

  • Approve vendor panels and payment schedules (ranging from ₹2,000–₹2,00,000).
  • Monitor vendor SLAs, performance metrics, and ensure cost efficiency.
  • Manage vendor relationships and coordinate with suppliers for timely delivery and services.

3. Integrated Workplace (IW) Governance

  • Review labour clauses in all contracts and ensure compliance with fair wage policies and statutory requirements.
  • Supervise IW staff (10–15) and ensure adherence to labour laws and safety norms.

4. Risk & Dispute Management

  • Handle claims, variations, and resolve disputes within agreed timelines.
  • Identify potential risks and implement mitigation measures during project execution.

5. Compliance & Safety

  • Ensure all site activities meet legal, EHS, and company safety requirements.
  • Conduct audits, toolbox talks, and enforce safe work practices across all trades.

6. Building Operations & Project Delivery

  • Oversee overall building operations, including maintenance, utilities, housekeeping, and security.
  • Lead end-to-end site delivery for construction and interior fit-out projects up to ₹60 lakhs.
  • Supervise on-site teams, contractors, and coordinate across trades to ensure timely completion and quality output.

7. Team Leadership & Coordination

  • Lead facility and housekeeping teams (5–10 staff, 10–15 IWs).
  • Approve bills, manage budgets, and ensure cost-effective operations.
  • Act as the highest on-site authority (after management) for daily operations, vendor control, and safety compliance.
  • Support and coordinate with Site Supervisors for daily site activities, progress tracking, and quality assurance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10, ₹50,000.00 per month
