We are committed to hiring the best, most talented people  and empowering them to  thrive, grow meaningful careers and to find a place where they belong.  Whether you've got deep experience in commercial real estate, skilled trades or technology, or you're looking to apply your relevant experience to a new industry, join our team as we help shape a brighter way forward.   Facility operations: Oversee the daily running of the facility, including managing systems like electrical, plumbing, and HVAC, and handling general upkeep. Maintenance and repairs: Schedule and supervise routine maintenance and repair work, conduct regular inspections, and coordinate with external vendors for services. Staff and team management: Supervise, train, and support facility staff, such as janitorial and maintenance personnel, and ensure proper scheduling for daily operations. Budget and cost control: Develop and manage facility budgets, identify cost-saving opportunities, and monitor expenses for utilities, repairs, and supplies. Safety and compliance: Ensure the facility complies with all safety, health, and environmental regulations by implementing and managing safe work practices. Coordination and communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for facility-related issues, respond to occupant concerns, and coordinate with vendors and other departments. Maintain equipment database for site.Develop and implement innovative programs and processes that reduce utility costs, increase productivity and savings.Initiate strategies to achieve measurable improvements in energy consumption.Assist with churn and project work.Prepare / provide input to the site monthly report to be submitted to ClientUnderstands the engineering design and operational aspects of the facility's systems and equipment.Must be able to recognize system shortcomings and respond to operational and emergency situations.Ensure Planned Preventive Maintenance activities are undertaken in accordance with the schedule.Ensure the implementation and management of Risk and Safety work practices to reduce any interruption to operations.Implement regular inspections of the facility on energy conservation, maintenance practices, utility management and risk management procedures.Location: On-site –Gurugram, HRScheduled Weekly Hours:48If this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply even if you don't meet all of the requirements.  We're interested in getting to know you and what you bring to the tableJLL Privacy NoticeJones Lang LaSalle (JLL), together with its subsidiaries and affiliates, is a leading global provider of real estate and investment management services.
