Key Responsibilities:


• Oversee vendor management to ensure service quality, contract compliance, and cost-effectiveness.


• Manage cafeteria operations, ensuring hygiene, food quality, and smooth daily functioning.


• Supervise housekeeping activities and maintain high standards of cleanliness and upkeep across the facility.


• Handle manpower planning, deployment, and shift scheduling to ensure optimal staffing levels.


• Coordinate and support corporate events, meetings, and employee engagement activities, ensuring seamless execution.


• Monitor day-to-day facility operations and ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.

Desired Skills & Experience:


• Proven experience in facility management, vendor coordination, and housekeeping supervision.


• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.


• Ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently and maintain high service standards.
