Job Title: Telecalling Executive

Job Summary:We are seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Telecalling Executive to join our team. The role involves interacting with customers, assisting them with product selection, handling sales transactions, and ensuring a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a sales-driven mindset, and a customer-first attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers with product information and selection.

  • Handle billing and payment processes accurately and efficiently.
  • Achieve assigned daily and monthly sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve queries promptly.

Requirements:

  • Minimum qualification: High school diploma or graduation in any field.
  • Prior experience in telecalling, retail, or customer service preferred.
  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic knowledge of computers and billing systems.
