- Job Title: Tele-caller / Telemarketing Executive – Coaching Classes

- About Us:

We, Metro Scholar, are a reputed coaching institute in Thane providing quality education to school and junior college students (8th to 12th Std, Science & Commerce). We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team and help us reach more students and parents through effective communication.

- Key Responsibilities:

* Make outbound calls to potential students and parents to inform them about our coaching classes, courses, and offers.

* Maintain a daily call log and follow up with interested leads.

* Handle inquiries, provide course details, and schedule counseling sessions or demo classes.

* Participate in telemarketing activities to promote new batches, special offers, or workshops.

* Update and manage the student database regularly.

* Coordinate with the marketing and counseling teams for lead conversion.

- Requirements:

* Minimum HSC (12th pass) qualification; Graduation preferred.

* Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.

* Pleasant phone manners and persuasive ability.

* Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel / Google Sheets).

* Prior experience in telecalling, telemarketing, or sales will be an added advantage, but freshers are welcome.
