Role Overview

We are seeking an
Onboarding Management Intern
to support our client onboarding process. This role is ideal for freshers or early-career professionals who are eager to learn about SaaS platforms, customer success, and client relationship management.

As an intern, you will assist in onboarding new clients, ensuring they understand how to use the CRM effectively, and coordinate with internal teams to deliver a smooth experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist clients during the onboarding process and post go-live.
  • Collaborate with sales and tech teams to address client queries and challenges.
  • Provide step-by-step guidance to clients on CRM features and usage.
  • Help prepare FAQs, training materials, and documentation for onboarding support.
  • Maintain accurate records of client onboarding activities and feedback.
  • Coordinate demo sessions and follow-ups with DSAs and client teams.
  • Support process improvements to enhance the client onboarding experience.

Who Can Apply

  • Students or recent graduates (any stream; backgrounds in Management, or Commerce are preferred).
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Interest in SaaS, CRM platforms, and customer success.
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and processes.
