Role and Responsibilities: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager - Business Development for our Mumbai location. The role involves working closely with a team of executives to achieve monthly targets and generate new business. Responsibilities include:
  • Conducting field sales by meeting existing and new customers daily, identifying their requirements, and progressing on the identified requirements technically and commercially.
  • Maintaining good relationships with customers to understand their concerns and address them effectively.
  • Sending renewal notifications to customers periodically and following up on them.
  • Working on weekly/monthly targets and ensuring adherence to short and long-term goals.
  • Being responsible and accountable for revenues, margins, and collections.
  • Complying with MIS reporting requirements.
  • Owning up the opportunities through successful proof-of-concepts (POCs) until submitting commercial proposals.
  • Gathering market intelligence on potential opportunities.
  • Estimating partners' needs and goals.
  • Being ready to learn, develop, and grow the required skills for the job.
Candidate Qualifications: The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Sales, Business Administration, or a relevant field.
  • MBA in Marketing/Business Analytics is preferred.
Required Skills: The candidate should have the following skills:
  • Prior experience in cyber security sales.
