Manager - Business Development (mumbai)

Role and Responsibilities: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager - Business Development for our Mumbai location. The role involves working closely with a team of executives to achieve monthly targets and generate new business. Responsibilities include:
- Conducting field sales by meeting existing and new customers daily, identifying their requirements, and progressing on the identified requirements technically and commercially.
- Maintaining good relationships with customers to understand their concerns and address them effectively.
- Sending renewal notifications to customers periodically and following up on them.
- Working on weekly/monthly targets and ensuring adherence to short and long-term goals.
- Being responsible and accountable for revenues, margins, and collections.
- Complying with MIS reporting requirements.
- Owning up the opportunities through successful proof-of-concepts (POCs) until submitting commercial proposals.
- Gathering market intelligence on potential opportunities.
- Estimating partners' needs and goals.
- Being ready to learn, develop, and grow the required skills for the job.
- Bachelor's degree in Sales, Business Administration, or a relevant field.
- MBA in Marketing/Business Analytics is preferred.
- Prior experience in cyber security sales.
