We are expanding our presence in Mumbai and looking for a dynamic professional to drive growth in this region.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets in the Mumbai region.
- Build, maintain, and expand strong relationships with
System Integrators (SI), Data Centers, Large System Integrators (LSI), Master System Integrators (MSI), and end customers
. - Identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and convert them into long-term customers.
- Work closely with consultants, IT managers, and decision-makers to position Genius Network as a trusted structured cabling OEM partner.
- Conduct regular meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations for key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal teams for pricing, proposals, and solution design to meet customer requirements.
- Stay updated with competitor offerings, market trends, and upcoming projects in the structured cabling and data center ecosystem.
- Achieve assigned sales revenue and growth targets while maintaining customer satisfaction.
Key Requirements
- Experience:
4–7 years in the
Structured Cabling / Networking Solutions industry
. - Network:
Strong existing connections with
System Integrators, Data Centers, LSI, MSI, and End Customers in the Mumbai region
(mandatory). - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of
structured cabling, passive networking solutions, and data center infrastructure
. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, or related field preferred.
