Role & responsibilities

  • Create digital media plans for accounts; identify and convert upsell & cross-sell opportunities.
  • Lead media planning and strategy across display, video, mobile, and social channels.
  • Identify both strategic and tactical opportunities aligned with campaign goals & KPIs.
  • Monitor competitors & conduct social listening to feed actionable insights for clients.
  • Drive strategy, competitive analysis & consumer understanding for pitches and new launches.
  • Analyse campaign results; recommend optimizations & improvements for current and future campaigns.
  • Maintain strong client relationships; regularly engage with clients and ensure high satisfaction.
  • Quickly resolve customer complaints and act proactively to maintain trust.
  • Promote high standards in sales, delivery, and client servicing; ensure processes are followed & service quality is high.

Preferred candidate profile

  • 2-6 years of experience in client servicing / account management in a digital agency.
  • Strong understanding of digital media channels (display, video, mobile, social) and campaign planning.
  • Good analytical ability; comfortable with metrics, reporting, and deriving insights from data.
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills; confident presenting to clients.
  • Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset; able to work under deadlines.
  • Ability to build & maintain client relationships and drive client retention.
  • (Preferred) Knowledge of tools for social listening, media planning software, analytics platforms.
