We are looking for a DevOps Support Engineer with 4-6 years of experience who has a strong foundation in Linux operations and container management, and is aspiring to grow further in DevOps. The role is based out of Airoli, Mumbai, and involves hands-on infrastructure support, access management, and coordination tasks. This position is well-suited for someone with a proactive attitude and interest in transitioning deeper into DevOps practices.

Responsibilities

  • Execute and manage Linux command-line operations, including restarting containers and basic system troubleshooting.
  • Manage Docker container-related tasks, including deployment and runtime issues.
  • Perform offline infrastructure support, such as resolving access and environment-related issues.
  • Support logistics and coordination tasks, working with internal and external teams.
  • Optional: Take up responsibilities similar to a Scrum Master (SM) for tracking work and ensuring team alignment.
  • Optional: Provide basic people management or coordination support as required.

Requirements

  • Mandatory Skills: Linux, DevOps tools, Docker.
  • Expertise in Linux system commands and troubleshooting.
  • Experience in container operations, especially using Docker.
  • Ability to resolve access issues and system-level operational blockers.
  • Strong coordination and communication skills for managing logistics and dependencies.
  • Willingness to work in an on-site support environment.

Preferred Attributes

  • Interest in growing within the DevOps domain.
  • Basic understanding of DevOps tools and methodologies.
  • Ability to manage people or lead small initiatives (optional but advantageous).
