Job Description:

We are hiring a Virtual Relationship Manager to join our Mutual Fund Sales team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about financial products and possess strong B2C sales experience, with excellent communication skills and a client-first approach.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound calls to acquire and retain customers for mutual fund investments

Understand client needs and recommend appropriate mutual fund schemes

Drive B2C mutual fund sales through effective relationship management and financial advisory

Follow up with leads and ensure prompt resolution of client queries

Ensure adherence to regulatory and compliance norms

Maintain accurate records of sales interactions and performance

Meet and exceed sales targets and conversion rates

Candidate Requirements:

Experience: 1 to 5 years in mutual fund or financial product sales (B2C preferred)

Education: Graduate in any discipline (mandatory)

Certification: NISM Series V-A (Mutual Fund Distributors) Certification (mandatory)

Skills:

Strong verbal and written communication

Confident and persuasive selling ability

Customer-oriented mindset

Basic understanding of mutual fund products and financial markets
