You'll be at the forefront of transforming commercial spaces, leading projects that reshape how organizations work and interact.Project Portfolio:$500K - $5M+ commercial fitout projectsTeam Size:8-12 direct and indirect reportsReporting to:Project DirectorWhat You'll Accomplish Project Planning & ExecutionLead end-to-end project delivery from initial design review through final handover and warranty periodDevelop comprehensive project strategies including scope definition, resource allocation, and milestone planningMaintain project schedules using advanced planning tools, ensuring 95%+ on-time delivery rateDrive continuous improvement in project delivery methodologies and client satisfaction scoresCoordinate complex phased installations in occupied buildings with minimal business disruption Client Relationship ManagementServe as primary client liaison for enterprise-level accounts and repeat customersConduct regular stakeholder meetings and provide transparent project communicationsManage client expectations proactively, addressing concerns before they impact project outcomesDevelop long-term strategic partnerships that generate 30%+ repeat business opportunitiesPresent project updates to C-suite executives and facility management teams Team Leadership & DevelopmentBuild and mentor high-performing teams of project managers, coordinators, and field supervisorsConduct performance reviews and create individualized development plans for team membersFoster collaborative culture that promotes innovation, accountability, and professional growthResolve conflicts efficiently while maintaining team morale and project momentumLead recruitment efforts for key project team positions Vendor & Subcontractor CoordinationManage vendor relationships with 15-20 specialized trade partners and suppliersNegotiate contracts and ensure competitive pricing while maintaining quality standardsOversee subcontractor performance including safety compliance, quality delivery, and schedule adherenceDevelop strategic partnerships with key suppliers to enhance project capabilities and cost efficiencyCoordinate complex multi-trade installations requiring precise sequencing and logistics Quality Control & ComplianceImplement quality assurance programs ensuring 98%+ client satisfaction ratingsEnsure full compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and industry standardsConduct regular site inspections and quality audits throughout project lifecycleManage permit processes and coordinate with regulatory authoritiesOversee final commissioning and punch list completion to client specifications Budget & Timeline ManagementManage project budgets ranging from $500K to $5M+ with
