Role Overview:

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager with strong experience in IT Divestiture, M&A separation, and complex technology transition projects. The ideal candidate will lead cross-functional teams to execute IT separation plans, manage application and infrastructure carve-outs, and ensure smooth migration while maintaining security, compliance, and business continuity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end IT divestiture and separation projects, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Develop and execute detailed IT separation and migration plans covering applications, infrastructure, and data.
  • Manage ERP carve-outs (SAP/Oracle) and cloud migration (AWS/Azure).
  • Oversee network, security, and data segregation, ensuring compliance with SOX and GDPR.
  • Collaborate with internal IT, external vendors, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment.
  • Conduct risk assessment, mitigation planning, and issue resolution.
  • Lead testing and validation for post-separation system stability and data integrity.
  • Prepare and present regular status reports, dashboards, and governance updates to leadership.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • PMP / PRINCE2 certification preferred.
  • Minimum 8+ years of IT project management experience, including 3+ years in divestiture or M&A IT separation projects.
