Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue. This role requires a blend of sales acumen and marketing creativity to identify new market opportunities, build strong client relationships, and promote our products/services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales & Business Development:
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and targets.
  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs and market trends.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate contracts, close sales, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Marketing & Brand Promotion:
  • Develop and implement marketing campaigns across various channels (e.g., social media, email, print).
  • Create engaging content (e.g., brochures, flyers, social media posts) to promote our brand and products.
  • Manage and update the company's website and social media profiles.
  • Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking activities to generate leads and build brand awareness.
  • Client Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling.
  • Administrative & Reporting:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and customer interactions in a CRM system.
  • Prepare regular sales and marketing reports for management.
  • Stay informed about competitor activities and market trends to adjust strategies accordingly.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2+ years of proven experience in a sales and/or marketing role.
  • Skills:
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
  • Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., social media management tools, email marketing software).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Highly organized with excellent time management skills.
