  • Site Execution & Supervision:

Oversee day-to-day site activities, ensuring that all construction and installation work is carried out as per drawings, specifications, and quality standards.

  • Workforce Management:

Coordinate and monitor the work of laborers, subcontractors, and site workers to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.

  • Material Management:

Check availability of materials, maintain stock records, and ensure proper usage and storage of construction materials.

  • Quality Control:

Inspect work regularly to ensure adherence to design specifications, safety protocols, and quality benchmarks.

  • Measurement & Reporting:

Maintain daily progress reports, record work measurements, and update project managers or engineers with site status.

  • Coordination with Office & Engineers:

Communicate effectively with architects, engineers, and project heads to resolve on-site issues and implement changes.

  • Site Safety & Compliance:

Enforce safety rules, ensure use of personal protective equipment (PPE), and maintain a hazard-free site environment.

  • Client & Contractor Interaction:

Assist during site visits, explain ongoing work to clients or consultants, and address their queries professionally.

  • Documentation & Records:

Maintain site logs, attendance registers, material inward/outward records, and ensure all site documentation is up to date.

  • Timeline & Target Adherence:

Monitor daily progress and ensure that work is completed within set timelines and project deadlines.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8, ₹15,000.00 per month
