Role: Site Supervisor & Darughtsman (Full-Time, On-Site – Malappuram)

We're looking for a skilled
Site Supervisor and Draughtsman
to join our team in Malappuram. You'll be responsible for managing day-to-day site work, making sure projects run smoothly and meet deadlines, and preparing accurate technical drawings. You'll also coordinate with clients, contractors, and our design team to ensure the final outcome matches the design vision and quality standards.

What You'll Do

  • Supervise daily site activities and ensure work stays on schedule
  • Prepare detailed design and construction drawings
  • Check material quality and ensure high standards of workmanship
  • Make sure all safety rules are followed at the site
  • Communicate with clients, contractors, and the design team regularly
  • Solve on-site issues quickly and efficiently

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in site supervision and managing daily site work
  • Strong drafting skills and ability to prepare detailed drawings
  • Good coordination and project management skills
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar drafting tools
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities
  • Able to work independently and take responsibility
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field
  • Experience in interior design or construction is an added advantage
