Job Summary:

The Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and managing daily construction activities on-site to ensure that projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. This role involves coordinating workers, subcontractors, and materials while ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Oversight: Supervise daily operations on the construction site, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and according to project timelines.

Team Management: Lead and manage construction crews and subcontractors, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

Quality Control: Inspect work to ensure it meets the required standards, specifications, and safety regulations.

Safety Enforcement: Implement and enforce safety policies and procedures, conducting regular safety meetings and site inspections.

Scheduling: Develop and manage project schedules, coordinating work activities and resources to maintain productivity.

Problem Solving: Identify issues and challenges that arise during construction and implement effective solutions to keep the project on track.

Reporting: Provide regular progress updates to project managers, highlighting any concerns or delays and suggesting corrective actions.

Documentation: Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and any changes to the project scope.

Inspections: Conduct routine inspections of the site to monitor compliance with plans, specifications, and safety standards.

Coordination: Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to resolve design and construction-related issues.

Qualifications:

Education: Diploma in civil Engineering/ Bachelor Degree Civil Engineering/construction

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10, ₹15,000.00 per month
