**Our company is looking for young and talented Interior Site Supervisor for our Manjeri project.**
- Should have experience in interiors for high end premium Villas/ Residential Projects
- Executing all interior work as per design and in perfection like civil, Gypsum, Carpentry Work, Modular Furniture etc as per specifications through contractors
- Should follow office instructions for the project.
- Responsible for all aspects of planning & execution of interior projects.
- Highly efficient in managing labors, vendors and materials.
- Involves negotiation with contractors/subcontractors in procuring materials.
- Set project goals and oversee projects to completion
- Must closely monitor progress for all aspects of the project
- Need to communicate regularly with the client to provide regular status updates
- Should handle any questions or changes from the client/design team.
