Modular Interior Factory Supervisor

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Supervision and Management**: Oversee daily factory operations, including assigning, managing, and monitoring the workforce to ensure optimal performance, efficient production, and adherence to quality standards.
- **Machinery Management**: Monitor and maintain machines used for modular interior works like Panel Saw, Beam Saw, Boring & Edge band machines, ensuring they remain in optimal working condition and addressing any issues promptly.
- **Production Oversight**: Coordinate production schedules, manage workflow, and ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining high standards of craftsmanship.
- **Team Leadership**: Provide guidance and support to factory staff, fostering a productive work environment and addressing any personnel issues.
- **Quality Control**: Ensure that all products meet design specifications and quality standards, conducting regular inspections and implementing improvements as necessary.
- **Safety Compliance**: Enforce safety regulations and practices within the factory to ensure a safe working environment for all employees.
- **Reporting**: Prepare and present regular reports on production metrics, machine performance, and workforce issues to senior management.

**Key Requirements**:

- **Experience**: Minimum of **3-5** years of experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing environment, preferably related to machines used for modular interior works like Panel Saw, Beam Saw, Boring & Edge band machines.
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Interior Design, Industrial Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- **Workforce Management**: Proven ability to oversee factory operations, including workforce management and performance optimization, to ensure efficient production and quality standards.
- **Knowledge**: Strong understanding of interior design principles, modular kitchen designs, work, and related machinery used in production.
- **Leadership**: Proven ability to manage and motivate a team, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in operating and maintaining production machinery; familiarity with maintenance and repair procedures.
- **Problem-Solving**: Strong analytical skills with the ability to address and resolve production and design-related challenges efficiently.
