**Job Title: Digital Marketing Executive**

**Location**:Manjeri (Kerala)

Specula Fab LLP is a leading aluminium doors, windows, and modular interiors company with over 560 completed projects across Kerala. With a team of 50+ professionals, we are known for our craftsmanship, attention to detail, and design excellence in residential and commercial spaces. We are expanding our reach and seeking a talented Digital Marketing Executive to strengthen our online presence and marketing initiatives.

**Role Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Manage **Social Media Marketing (SMM)** - posting, engagement, and growth of brand presence.
- Optimize website and content for **SEO (Search Engine Optimization)** to increase organic reach.
- Run and manage **SEM (Search Engine Marketing)** and PPC campaigns for quality lead generation.
- Handle and nurture online leads, ensuring timely follow-up and coordination with the sales team.
- Create, curate, and manage engaging **content** (blogs, social media posts, creatives, videos).
- Track, measure, and report performance of digital campaigns using analytics tools.
- Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to execute marketing initiatives.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- **1-3 years of proven experience** in digital marketing (preferably in construction, interiors, or real estate industry).
- Strong knowledge of **SMM, SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Analytics, and content marketing**.
- Hands-on experience with design/content creation tools (Canva, Photoshop, basic video editing, etc.).
- Ability to handle multiple campaigns and generate quality leads online.
- Excellent communication skills in **English & Hindi** (Malayalam is an added advantage).
- Creative mindset with analytical thinking.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹9,048.44 - ₹20,923.30 per month
