Job Title Digital Marketing Executive Location Manjeri Kerala Company Specula Fab LLP www specula in Specula Fab LLP is a leading aluminium doors windows and modular interiors company with over 560 completed projects across Kerala With a team of 50 professionals we are known for our craftsmanship attention to detail and design excellence in residential and commercial spaces We are expanding our reach and seeking a talented Digital Marketing Executive to strengthen our online presence and marketing initiatives Role Overview The Digital Marketing Executive will be responsible for handling Specula s online marketing efforts generating and managing online leads and coordinating all offline marketing activities The role demands strong expertise in digital marketing strategies such as SMM SEO SEM email marketing content creation and performance tracking Key Responsibilities Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels Google Ads Facebook Instagram LinkedIn etc Manage Social Media Marketing SMM - posting engagement and growth of brand presence Optimize website and content for SEO Search Engine Optimization to increase organic reach Run and manage SEM Search Engine Marketing and PPC campaigns for quality lead generation Handle and nurture online leads ensuring timely follow-up and coordination with the sales team Create curate and manage engaging content blogs social media posts creatives videos Track measure and report performance of digital campaigns using analytics tools Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to execute marketing initiatives Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends tools and best practices Required Skills Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Marketing Business Administration or related field 1-3 years of proven experience in digital marketing preferably in construction interiors or real estate industry Strong knowledge of SMM SEO SEM Google Ads Analytics and content marketing Hands-on experience with design content creation tools Canva Photoshop basic video editing etc Ability to handle multiple campaigns and generate quality leads online Excellent communication skills in English Hindi Malayalam is an added advantage Creative mindset with analytical thinking Key Attributes Self-motivated and result-oriented Strong coordination and organizational skills Creative storytelling ability with attention to detail Passion for digital marketing and growth mindset Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 9 048 44 - 20 923 30 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Food provided Work Location In person
