1 Design Leadership Lead the conceptualization and development of architectural designs for high-end residential commercial and institutional projects Ensure all designs align with client vision project scope budget and local regulations Drive the design language and uphold aesthetic quality in all projects Guide junior architects interior designers and draftsmen in translating concepts to working drawings 2 Project Management Coordination Oversee architectural project phases concept design development construction documentation execution support Coordinate with MEP consultants structural engineers interior designers and other specialists Track project timelines ensuring deliverables are met on schedule Represent the firm in client meetings presentations and site discussions 3 Technical Supervision Review and approve architectural drawings details and BOQs Ensure adherence to structural integrity building codes and sustainable practices Assist the PMC Pro Sys and contracting ContArc teams with design clarifications during execution Resolve design issues during construction suggesting practical solutions quickly 4 Team Mentoring Leadership Mentor and supervise junior architects trainees and draftsmen Review their work regularly and conduct design reviews Encourage innovation experimentation and the use of AI-assisted tools where applicable 5 Client Stakeholder Interaction Participate in client briefing sessions explain design ideas and incorporate feedback effectively Work closely with branding and client relations teams to maintain a high client satisfaction rate Assist in final design presentations approvals and post-occupancy evaluations if required 6 Quality Innovation Ensure high design quality and material selection aligned with the firm s brand identity Introduce best practices in sustainability modular design and local material usage Explore and propose use of digital AI tools to improve design and project efficiency 7 Documentation Compliance Ensure all design documentation is accurate up to date and organized Review statutory drawings for sanction and compliance with Kerala India building norms Maintain version control of all revisions and as-built documents 8 Business Support Provide design input for social media video content and branding when needed Assist in creating winning design proposals and concept pitches for new projects Support strategic goals like expanding to cities e g Calicut or building an award-winning portfolio Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 30 000 00 - 50 000 00 per month Benefits Internet reimbursement Schedule Day shift Supplemental Pay Performance bonus Education Bachelor s Required Experience Architect 5 years Required Rendering 5 years Preferred Language English Required Malayalam Required Work Location In person
