Position: Interior Designer

*Responsibilities:*

1. Collaborate with clients to determine project goals, budget, and timeline.

2. Develop innovative and aesthetic interior design concepts that align with client preferences.

3. Create detailed design plans, including layout, color schemes, furniture selection, and decorative elements.

4. Provide clients with comprehensive presentations to communicate design proposals effectively.

5. Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other professionals to ensure seamless project execution.

6. Select and source materials, furniture, and accessories within the specified budget.

7. Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and technologies to incorporate innovative ideas into designs.

8. Conduct site visits to monitor project progress and address any issues that may arise.

9. Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and health and safety standards.

*Qualifications:*

1. Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in interior design.

2. Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or a related field.

3. Proficient in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.

4. Strong creative and conceptual thinking skills.

5. Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

6. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

7. Proven project management skills.
