Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and analytical Meta Ads Expert (Facebook & Instagram Ads) to join our performance marketing team. This is an entry-level role ideal for someone with foundational knowledge in paid social advertising and a desire to grow in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, create, manage, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns for various clients across industries
  • Conduct audience research and competitor analysis to craft effective ad strategies
  • Monitor campaign performance daily and adjust targeting, bidding, and creatives to meet KPIs
  • Collaborate with the creative team to guide ad copy, visuals, and video content
  • Prepare campaign performance reports and deliver insights and recommendations
  • Stay updated on the latest Meta Ads platform changes, trends, and best practices
  • Assist senior media buyers and digital strategists on larger client accounts

Requirements

  • 0–2 years of experience in Meta Ads or a related digital marketing field (internships or freelancing count)
  • Basic understanding of Facebook Ads Manager and Meta Business Suite
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable working with data in Excel/Google Sheets
  • Passion for digital marketing, trends, and performance-driven growth
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills

Nice to Have

  • Meta Certified Digital Marketing Associate or Blueprint certification
  • Experience with other ad platforms like Google Ads or TikTok Ads
  • Knowledge of eCommerce, lead generation, or funnel-based campaigns
