We are a dynamic and results-driven team dedicated to maximizing ROI through strategic digital advertising. We're looking for an experienced Meta & Google Ads Expert to join us and elevate our campaigns to the next level.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan, create, and manage advanced advertising campaigns on **Meta (Facebook & Instagram Ads)** and **Google Ads** platforms.
- Conduct in-depth audience research and competitor analysis to develop high-performing ad strategies.
- Optimize campaigns to improve ROI, reduce CPC, and maximize lead generation and sales.
- Implement advanced targeting techniques, including lookalike audiences, retargeting, and detailed demographics.
- Perform A/B testing for creatives, ad copy, and landing pages to identify the most effective strategies.
- Analyze campaign performance using platform analytics and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to ensure ad visuals and copy align with the campaign objectives.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, updates, and best practices for both Meta and Google Ads platforms.
- Manage ad budgets effectively to ensure cost-efficiency and profitability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ad campaigns.

**Key Skills & Qualifications**:

- Minimum **10 years of hands-on experience** in Meta and Google Ads.
- Proven track record of successfully managing high-budget ad campaigns with measurable results.
- Expertise in lead generation and sales funnel optimization.
- Deep understanding of advanced campaign setups, including dynamic ads, custom audiences, and conversion tracking.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and other reporting tools.
- Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities.
- Certification in Google Ads and Meta Blueprint (preferred but not mandatory).
