**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan, create, and manage **PPC campaigns** across Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
- Develop and execute effective strategies to drive **sales and revenue growth** for E-Commerce (D2C) Website.
- Conduct **keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis** to maximize campaign effectiveness.
- Optimize ad copy, creatives, and landing pages to improve **CTR, CPC, and ROAS**.
- Monitor daily performance metrics, analyze campaign data, and prepare **performance reports** with actionable insights.
- Manage **budgets** efficiently to ensure maximum ROI.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in **digital advertising**.
- Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to align campaigns with overall business goals.

**Requirements**:

- Proven work experience as a **PPC Specialist/Expert** (3+ years preferred) with focus on **Google and Meta Ads**.
- Strong knowledge of **Google and Meta Ads and conversion optimization**.
- Hands-on experience with **Google Shopping campaigns, Meta Ads Manager, and remarketing strategies**.
- Proficiency in **Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and tracking pixels**.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
