Role Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic
HR Intern
to join our team and support the day-to-day operations of the HR department. As an HR intern, you will gain hands-on experience in various HR functions such as recruitment, employee engagement, onboarding, and administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment Support:
Assist in posting job openings, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and communicating with candidates. - Onboarding Process:
Help facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring they have a smooth transition into the company. - HR Administration:
Maintain accurate employee records, update HR databases, and handle any administrative tasks as required. - Employee Engagement:
Support the HR team in planning and executing employee engagement activities and events to foster a positive workplace culture. - Policy and Compliance:
Assist in implementing HR policies and ensure compliance with company guidelines. - Payroll and Attendance:
Work alongside the HR team to assist with attendance tracking, leave management, and payroll preparation. - Training and Development:
Help coordinate training programs and learning initiatives for the employees. - HR Projects:
Contribute to HR-related projects as needed, including research, strategy, and execution of HR best practices.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in
Human Resource Management
,
Business Administration
, or a related field. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.
- Prior internship or coursework related to HR is a plus but not mandatory.
