About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Secretary & Personal Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive administrative and personal support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and help our executives focus on strategic priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
- Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls in a professional manner
- Organize and maintain files, records, and confidential documents
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other materials
- Run errands and perform personal assistant duties as needed
- Liaise with internal departments and external partners
- Take meeting minutes and follow up on action items
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a secretary, personal assistant, or similar administrative role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
Preferred Qualifications:
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Previous experience supporting senior executives
