We are looking for a qualified and motivated Assistant Manager – Company Secretary to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling corporate secretarial work, statutory filings, and compliance with regulatory requirements

Job Location : Mumbai

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle
    annual filings
    of various companies.
  • File various
    e-Forms
    with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs.
  • Assist in
    shifting of registered office
    from one state to another.
  • Manage
    FC-GPR compliances
    .
  • Incorporate
    Private Limited Companies, OPCs, LLPs
    .
  • Manage
    appointment of directors
    and related compliances.
  • Draft
    notices, agendas, resolutions, and minutes
    for Board and General Meetings; ensure accurate maintenance of records.
  • Maintain
    statutory registers
    of companies in electronic mode.
  • Prepare and draft
    Board Resolutions
    and annual filing documents.
  • Prepare and maintain
    minutes records
    of private limited companies.
  • Handle other routine
    secretarial and compliance matters
    as required.

Candidate Profile

  • Education:
    Member of the
    Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI)
    .
  • Experience:
    Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of company law and regulatory compliances.
  • Excellent drafting and documentation skills.
  • Good organizational and record-keeping abilities.
  • Proficiency in handling statutory filings and MCA portal.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.

Compensation
